Steps for Using this Website

• Step 1: Choose the Home page, then select a Category from the left hand side of the screen
• Step 2: Choose a product by clicking on the image or on the "view" button.

• When you enter keywords for the product you are looking for and click the GO button, a list of product sub-categories will be displayed.
  

• Choose the category you wish to see. Then, make your selection to continue shopping.

• Some product categories are so extensive that it's necessary to use our search system to shop. Other sections don't require it, and you can freely browse and explore. 

• Ordering online with us is easy, secure, and convenient--- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

On the left navigation bar, under "Categories," you'll see a list of product categories you can explore. We offer a large selection of bridal accessories, decorations, gifts, etc.

  Home is the main page for shopping. Here you will find featured products and links to other major categories.

• Specials
  This link will display all special or featured items.   Specials 

• All Categories
  All categories will display a "tree" of all the different categories in the Store. This function allows you to see every category in the store at one time.

• If you receive a www.stlouisweddingstore.com coupon you may redeem it in the Store during the checkout process. Coupons are either a percentage of the total sale (10%, 15%, etc) or a dollar amount ($5, $10, etc) off the total purchase. Some coupons have expiration dates so be sure to use it before it expires!

• Most orders (except downloads) are shipped within 7-10 business days. Custom products, including any product that will be engraved, embroidered, etc., are made to order and require additional lead-time for delivery. Please verify your shipping address before you submit your order to ensure the quickest possible delivery.
  
  
• Some specialty order items may require longer lead-time depending on manufacturer's production schedule and location.
  
  
• We ship using the United States Postal Service, UPS, FEDEX, or Airborne Ground Service for domestic shipments within the 48 contiguous States. Unless specific services are requested, we will ship using the most economical service available for your order.
  
  
• Some of our orders are sent from multiple locations and may require that we ship items from the same order in more than one box. All shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order and you will only be charged one low delivery price.
  
  
• Common Carrier transportation may be required for domestic shipments which are oversized or overweight and need special handling. In these instances our delivery agent will contact you to schedule delivery. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are not at home at the agreed time of delivery, you may be charged a re-delivery fee equal to your shipping charge.

• If you are not 100% satisfied with the product mailed to you, please call our office immediately to obtain a return authorization. We ask you to please understand that returns of customized items will not be accepted unless that item was customized incorrectly in comparison to the order that was submitted. 
  
• Because of the nature of softgoods (for example digital downloads, ebooks, .pdf files, etc) refunds or credits WILL NOT be issued after a download is executed. 

• Items purchased via a download, are available immediately upon payment confirmation. 

• Tangible products are generally ship within 1 - 3 days of placement. We do our best to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
  
  Please verify your shipping address before you submit your order to ensure the quickest possible delivery.

Warranty Policy

• The Wedding Store of St. Louis guarantees the workmanship of the products sold. If you have received a defective product, please review the manufacturer information included with your new product. If you wish to return it, please call our office to setup proper arrangements.

Download Policy

• The Wedding Store of St. Louis guarantees the download will be available immediately upon payment confirmation. What this means is that if you use any major credit card or PayPal your download will normally be available at checkout. 
  
• To avoid email delays, downloads are not sent via email. Email notifications are sent, to let you know the order has been process, however many downloads are too large to be accommodated by gateway servers.  To prevent delays and rejected emails, customers simply access their account for download. 
  
• Downloads are set so that you can download the item two times in the event your internet connection fails. If you still have trouble please let us know and we will make more downloads available.
  
• Because of the nature of softgoods (like downloads) refunds or credits WILL NOT be issued after a download is executed.

• We use Adobe Acrobat (PDF) because the files retain the exact look and feel of the original documents — with formatting, graphics, and fonts intact. In addition, they allow you to zoom in on a particular diagram to over 600% to see every detail of a illustration.

• There is a lost password retrieval in the event that you forget your password. It is important to keep your email current because in some cases, the passwords in our database are encrypted to provide an additional layer of security. What this means is that administrators and moderators cannot simply access the database to view your password. Passwords were meant to be private so even we can't seem them.
